Regional HR Manager (Hybrid | Ohio)


A leading national professional services firm is seeking a Regional HR Manager to support Cleveland and 2 other Ohio offices. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, relationship-driven environment and enjoys both strategic and hands-on work.


What You’ll Do:


  • Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy
  • Support multiple office locations with regular travel (~25%)
  • Ensure compliance and drive HR best practices
  • Collaborate with a high-performing HR team in a hybrid work environment


What We’re Looking For:


  • 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in legal or professional services
  • Strong employee relations and multi-site experience
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR systems (UKG a plus)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
