Regional HR Manager (Hybrid | Ohio)
A leading national professional services firm is seeking a Regional HR Manager to support Cleveland and 2 other Ohio offices. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, relationship-driven environment and enjoys both strategic and hands-on work.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy
- Support multiple office locations with regular travel (~25%)
- Ensure compliance and drive HR best practices
- Collaborate with a high-performing HR team in a hybrid work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in legal or professional services
- Strong employee relations and multi-site experience
- Knowledge of employment law and HR systems (UKG a plus)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
