Product Manager – Medical Products

Salary: $90,000–$100,000

Are you a strategic, analytical professional who enjoys turning market research and customer insights into product opportunities? We’re seeking a Product Manager to support the growth and development of innovative medical products in a dynamic healthcare environment.

This role offers the opportunity to influence product strategy, explore new markets, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to bring new ideas to life.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct market and competitive research to identify product development opportunities, emerging trends, and potential new markets in the U.S. and internationally.
• Analyze customer needs, market data, and industry trends to guide product strategy and inform product design.
• Evaluate competitive products, market share, and industry developments to support business growth.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Legal to coordinate product development and launch initiatives.
• Develop product sales strategies and support sales team training through educational materials and presentations.
• Assist in creating patient education resources and clinical product information.
• Prepare and present research findings, analytical reports, and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Support evaluation of new product lines, product enhancements, and potential business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Professional experience in research, market analysis, or a similar analytical role; product management experience preferred.
• Medical or healthcare industry experience strongly desired.
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and experience working with complex databases and data sources.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Interest in global healthcare markets and emerging industry opportunities.
