Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle accounts payable processing
• Invoice coding & 3-way match (PO, receipt, invoice)
• Vendor payments & statement reconciliations
• Resolve internal/vendor inquiries
• Support AP system and Canadian processes

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (Accounting/Business)
• 3+ years AP experience
• Detail-oriented, organized, strong communicator
• Reliable, professional, team player
• Background check & drug screen required
