Senior Property Accountant

We're partnering with an established company seeking a Senior Property Accountant to support a diverse portfolio of investment properties. This position offers broad exposure to portfolio accounting, financial reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement—all within a stable, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage month-end close and financial reporting for multiple entities
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and account analyses
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
• Assist with ownership allocations, property transactions, and lender reporting
• Partner with Asset Management and Operations on portfolio performance
• Recommend process improvements and help strengthen reporting efficiencies

We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of real estate, property, or portfolio accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze large data sets
• Detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
• Experience with Yardi, MRI, RealPage, Power BI, or similar systems is a plus
