Our client is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join a growing real estate investment and asset management team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the financial management of a diverse portfolio of commercial and historic properties while partnering with experienced accounting and asset management professionals.

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare and review financial statements and monthly reporting

• Manage journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close

• Analyze cash flow and property financial performance

• Support lender reporting, loan compliance, and ownership allocations

• Collaborate with third-party property management companies

• Recommend process improvements and reporting efficiencies

We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of property or real estate accounting experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical abilities

• Experience managing multiple entities or property portfolios

• Power BI or RealPage experience is a plus
