Product Development Engineer – Medical Devices (Cleveland, OH)

Join a growing medical device team focused on advancing surgical technology and improving patient outcomes. This role will drive new product development from concept through commercialization, with a strong focus on electrical and systems engineering.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead design and development of innovative medical devices (hardware, software, systems integration)
• Build and test prototypes, perform analysis, and drive product improvements
• Ensure designs meet regulatory, reliability, and manufacturability standards
• Own design control documentation and support compliance (ISO 13485, IEC standards)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to bring new products to market

What You Bring:

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering (or related)
• 5+ years of product development experience (medical device preferred)
• Experience with electronics design, PCB layout, and system-level integration
• Familiarity with regulated environments and design controls
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
