Senior Product Manager - Notification Infrastructure

Are you ready to redefine the future of software development? At my client, we're on a mission to set a new standard by building APIs and tools that empower next-generation companies to enhance their customer communication. We are driven by relentless focus, rapid execution, and an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship.

Founded in 2021, my client was born with a vision to create a notification infrastructure tailored for engineering teams, paving the way for the next-gen standard in product-to-user communication experiences.

We are a fully remote team from day one, with team members scattered across Europe, Asia, and the US-East Coast. We exclusively hire within these time zones, fostering a diverse team of makers who thrive on fresh challenges and take pride in their craft.

Open-source is our way of life.

As a fully open-source company, we build our solutions openly, inviting the valuable insights and contributions of the vibrant OSS community. We don't just build products; we immerse ourselves in a thriving community, actively participating in the remarkable work of passionate individuals.

Now, we're looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the transformation of our notification platform. With an intimate understanding of the challenges developers face, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders and our engineering team to shape the future of our product.

What You'll Do:

  • Craft the Vision: Formulate and guide the product strategy, defining its future trajectory.
  • Customer Advocate: Champion the customer, ensuring that every product facet and decision resonates with their preferences and aspirations.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and direction to the engineering team to create exceptional, high-quality features.
  • Drive Growth: Propel revenue growth through Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies, maintaining a close collaboration with the Go-To-Market (GTM) division.
  • Proactive Leadership: Take a proactive approach, exhibit strong leadership, and orchestrate various operational segments toward unified progress.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with a diverse, global open-source and user community.

What We Offer:

  • Work-Life Balance: We value your well-being.
  • Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a competitive salary and equity.
  • Equipment: Receive a MacBook Pro and accessories.
  • Home Office Setup: We'll provide a stipend to set up your home office.
  • Remote Work: No more commuting; work from anywhere.
  • Co-Working Space: Access to paid co-working space or a desk at an office.
  • Team Bonding: Join us for regular team events and off-sites.

Requirements:

  • Product Management Expertise: Bring at least 5 years of Product Management experience, specifically in DevTools, APIs, or B2B SaaS solutions for developers.
  • Agile Proficiency: Be familiar with agile processes and skilled at collaborating with international teams and clientele.
  • Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Sales and Marketing Acumen: Understand direct sales methodologies, marketing frameworks, and the nuances of product pricing and packaging.
