Job Responsibilities:


As a Sales Recruiter at Rekall Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in our mission. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Market Research: Conducting in-depth research to identify emerging startups and scaleups in the cybersecurity, AI, and DevOps sectors across Israel and the USA.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively sourcing and generating leads through creative methods and tools to connect with potential clients, including cold calling.
  • Client Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in target companies, understanding their hiring needs, and presenting our recruitment solutions.
  • Data Capture and Management: Keeping meticulous records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using our CRM system for effective follow-up and reporting.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identifying opportunities for collaboration and tailoring our recruitment services to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Candidate Matching: Collaborating with our talent acquisition team to identify and match exceptional sales professionals with client requirements.
  • Consultative Selling: Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into market trends and talent acquisition strategies.


Qualifications:


To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:


  • A passion for sales, business development, and relationship building.
  • Quick learning ability and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software (training provided).
  • Willingness to embrace cold calling and outbound sales efforts.
