CloudQuery is seeking a talented individual to join our team to support our community and enterprise customers on our open source project and managed version.
Responsibilities
Support our community and free users on our discord and support our enterprise customers from financial institutions to growing SaaS companies trying to get better understanding of their cloud infra.
Improve our documentation and guides by learning from support tickets to reduce support load and improve customer experience.
Work on new solutions on top of the CQ platform that can then later turn into full blown features on CQ roadmap.
Support pre-sales proof-of-concepts.
Requirements
4 + years of experience in software engineering.
Good Experience with using/operating one of the large cloud providers AWS/GCP/Azure
Experienced with PostgreSQL and SQL
2+ years of Experience with at least one programming language..
Self-guided, Resourceful, Excellent communicator
English as spoken and written English to be able to write solid documentation for new features you develop.
