Description

CloudQuery is seeking a talented individual to join our team to support our community and enterprise customers on our open source project and managed version.

Responsibilities

  • Support our community and free users on our discord and support our enterprise customers from financial institutions to growing SaaS companies trying to get better understanding of their cloud infra.
  • Improve our documentation and guides by learning from support tickets to reduce  support load and improve customer experience.
  • Work on new solutions on top of the CQ platform that can then later turn into full blown features on CQ roadmap. 
  • Support pre-sales proof-of-concepts. 

Requirements

  • 4 + years of experience in software engineering.
  • Good Experience with using/operating one of the large cloud providers AWS/GCP/Azure
  • Experienced with PostgreSQL and SQL
  • 2+ years of Experience with at least one programming language..
  • Self-guided, Resourceful, Excellent communicator
  • English as spoken and written English to be able to write solid documentation for new features you develop.
