WHAT YOU'LL DO:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our go-to-market strategy and sales organization. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing go-to-market strategies, and overseeing all sales operations for the company’s service offerings. You will contribute individually and build, lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, cultivate client relationships, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions that meet the evolving IT needs of our clients.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Define and execute the overall sales strategy to meet short- and long-term revenue targets.
  • Identify new markets, verticals, and expansion opportunities for the Company.
  • Collaborate with marketing, service delivery and talent acquisition to align sales initiatives with business goals.


Team Management

  • Recruit, build, lead and develop a sales team as needed.
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure accountability and growth.


Revenue & Pipeline Growth

  • Drive new business while nurturing existing accounts for upsell and renewal opportunities.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operations using CRM and business intelligence tools.
  • Drive revenue growth in core service areas: infrastructure, cloud solutions (Azure), cybersecurity, and Microsoft Modern Workplace.
  • Identify and pursue enterprise-level opportunities, including mid-market and Fortune 1000 clients.
  • Oversee pricing models and contract negotiations to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.


Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning

  • Stay current on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
  • Use data and insights to refine positioning and enhance the company’s value proposition.


Strategic Partnerships

  • Cultivate and expand strategic partnerships, with a particular focus on Microsoft GTM initiatives, co-selling opportunities, and incentives.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within the IT services or MSP industry.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and expanding into new markets.
  • Deep understanding of the MSP model, managed infrastructure, cybersecurity, and Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, Defender, Entra ID, Intune, etc.).
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills; able to engage C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience managing partner relationships, particularly with Microsoft, including navigating incentive programs, co-sell motions, and marketplaces.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, lead, coach, and scale high-performance sales teams.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical background is a plus.

This role can pay up to $400,0000 OTE depending on experience.
