We are currently seeking an experienced Electronic Services Specialist for a credit union located in Foothill Ranch, CA!

Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire

Pay: $25-27/hr

Branch hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm or a shift close to that

Responsibilities:

• Performs daily review and processes related to but not limited to ACH, ACH Origination, ATM Deposits, Bill Pay, Bonds, Card Claims/Disputes, Domestic/Foreign Item Collections, Drafts, Expense Checks, In clearings, Mobile Deposits, Money Orders, Official Checks, Person to Person Transfers, Transit Items, Domestic/International Wires, etc.
• Conduct investigations on questionable account activity, process fraud claims of moderate risk and complexity, interact with staff, members, and other financial institutions and law enforcement as necessary.
• Follows established credit union policies and procedures, meets and adheres to audit standards.

Requirements:

• 2 years of previous credit union or bank experience focusing on Central Operations, Deposit Operations, and/or Branch Operations
• Previous Symitar experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Possess an enthusiastic and professional attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
