We are currently seeking an experienced Electronic Services Representative for a credit union located in Foothill Ranch, CA

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE HANDLING ACH TRANSACTIONS IN A BANK OR CREDIT UNION TO APPLY!

Pay: $25-27/hr

Temp-to-hire!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Daily processing of ACH, ACH origination, wires (domestic/international), ATM deposits, bill pay, mobile deposits, and person-to-person transfers.
• Process and reconcile share drafts, official checks, money orders, bonds, and transit items.
• Handle ATM/debit card disputes, fraud claims, and check processing activities
• Investigate suspicious or questionable account activity and assist with fraud prevention efforts.
• Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations related to electronic services and check transactions.
• Provide timely resolution to member and internal inquiries within established service levels.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a credit union or financial institution in the back-office such as Electronic Services, Central Operations, and Deposit Operations.
• Strong understanding of electronic services, check processing, and transaction workflows necessary!
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Symitar experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
