We are currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager for a credit union located in Garland, TX!
Type: Full-time, direct hire
Salary Range: $90,000 to $100,000/annually + 15% bonus
Branch hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm or a shift close to that

Responsibilities:
- Manage all regional office operations, including audits and fiduciary duties.
- Ensure exceptional member service through a consultative, multi-channel approach.
- Promote membership growth by networking with fire stations, unions, and firefighter organizations; collaborate with business development as needed.
- Handle escalated member issues by coordinating timely research, responses, and resolutions across departments.
- Oversee lending and deposit pipelines effectively.
- Forecast and schedule staff to ensure adequate daily member coverage.
- Coach and mentor managers and team members to align with the Credit Union’s mission, vision, and values.
- Equip teams with necessary training, tools, and resources to succeed.
- Hold teams accountable for service levels, quality, and efficiency; provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Support team career development through training and advancement opportunities.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
- Assist in executing the Credit Union’s overall business plan.
Requirements:
- 3 years of previous credit union or banking experience preferred.
- Previous branch management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Previous experience supervising or managing employees required.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be able to pass background, credit history and bondability checks.
