MUST HAVE SYMITAR EXPERIENCE TO APPLY!

We are currently seeking an experienced Call Center Representative for a credit union located in Altadena, CA! SYMITAR required!

Type: Full-time, temporary 90 days (3 months)

Pay: $19.85-29.78/hr

Schedule: Monday – Saturday: Hours will assigned between 8:00am – 6:00pm (40 hours a week)

Responsibilities:

• Answers member service calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provides information as requested on members’ accounts or credit union products and services.
• Cross-sells credit union products and services to members as appropriate.
• Perform members’ requests and conduct account maintenance.
• Assists members through the online banking related questions, features, including troubleshooting.
• Performs telephone transfers, wire transfers, check orders, stop payments, address changes and opens new accounts.

Requirements:

• 1 year of credit union call center experience.
• New accounts a plus!
• Symitar required!
• Demonstrated ability of handling a variety of customer requests including difficult customer situations.
• Possess an enthusiastic and professional attitude.
• Effective problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computers skills.
