We are currently seeking an experienced Call Center Rep for a credit union located in Valencia! 3 openings!
Type: Temporary with possible temp-to-hire (onsite – not remote)
Pay: $22.00/hr
Hours: Part-time Monday – Friday: 10:30am – 3:30pm (25 hours a week)
(training first week 9:00am – 5:00pm)
Responsibilities:
- Member Services Officer / Call Center Rep is responsible for providing customer service to both credit union members and co-workers in a contact center environment.
- Handle credit union members’ needs in a call center environment including balance transfers, loan payments, address changes, and other banking transactions.
- Direct complex calls to appropriate personnel.
- Exercises strong verbal and written communication skills to respond to basic member inquiries about products, services and Credit Union policies in a professional and personable manner.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all federal regulations related to operations.
- Must consistently report to work on-time, as scheduled and adhere to established schedule adherence guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience in a credit union, bank, or cash checking company handling basic teller transactions such as deposits and withdrawals in a branch or call center environment.
- A demonstrated aptitude for learning new systems, skills and processes.
- Experience in trouble shooting basic smartphone and web browser issues.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite of products including the ability to use internet browser software.
- Ability to multi-task with an attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Superior customer service skills.
