Addvantage Credit Union Staffing specializes in the temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct hire placement of tellers/MSR, consumer/mortgage lenders, call center representatives, collectors, back office support and accounting positions. Position Title / Information:

We are currently looking for experienced Member Support Services/ Back Office for a well-established credit union in La Habra. This is a full-time temporary position for 3 months or longer that we are looking to fill immediately. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of credit union or bank experience.


Pay: $20-24/hr


Responsibilities:

  • Position is responsible for Member Service duties with an emphasis on Member account administration and support; including account transactions received by mail or fax, new account opening, check exceptions and remote deposit capture processing.
  • This position is also responsible for answering internal and external Member calls and appropriately handling service requests in a timely manner through all delivery channels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of credit union or bank experience!
  • Demonstrated ability of handling a variety of customer requests including difficult customer situations
  • Must have a understanding of opening new membership and account maintenance, entering incoming and outgoing wire transfer requests, processing remote deposit capture (RDC) transactions, and working understanding of IRAs.
  • Possess an enthusiastic and professional attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
