We are currently seeking an experienced Card Services Representative for a credit union located in Torrance and Burbank, CA! Torrance is the preferred location, however, Burbank is available as well.

Type: Full-time, temporary for 3 months. Could go longer.

Pay: $26/hr

Department hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm or a shift close to that,

Responsibilities:

• Investigating and processing debit and credit card disputes.
• Managing chargebacks, provisional credits, and member communications.
• Supporting daily card operations (e.g., card maintenance, fraud monitoring, transaction research).
• Coordinating with vendors and internal teams to resolve card-related issues.

Requirements:.

• Prior experience in credit union operations processing debit and credit card disputes.
• Chargeback experience.
• Fraud monitoring.
• Familiarity with Regulation E and Regulation Z, particularly as they relate to dispute handling.
