We are currently seeking a Member Services Rep with consumer loan processing for a credit union located in Burbank, CA!

MUST HAVE EXPERINCE IN A BANK OR CREDIT UNION OPENING ACCOUNTS, AND PROCESSING PERSONAL LOANS, AUTO LOANS, AND HELOCS.

Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire

Pay: $24.00-$26.00/hr

Branch hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Assists members in person and via phone with all credit union products and services including, but not limited to, share accounts, loan products, term accounts, and IRAs.
• Processing and funding consumer loans such as auto, personal loans, and HELOCs.
• Open new memberships, checking, savings accounts, money markets, and IRA’s.
• Process transfers, disbursements, payroll changes, and direct deposit documents.
• Assist with Online Banking, Mobile Banking and bill pay transaction inquiries.
• Assist members with deceased accounts, dormant accounts, Visa/MasterCard and ACH disputes

Requirements:

• 2 – 4 years in a bank or credit union performing banking transactions.
• Experience opening all types of accounts such as checking, savings, and IRA’s.
• Processing and funding consumer loans such as auto, personal loans, and HELOCs.
• Ability to professionally assist members with credit union products and services.
• Symitar and Lending360 a plus!
