We are currently seeking a Part-time Card Services Representative for a credit union located in Downey, CA!

Type: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $22.00-$23.00/hr

Branch hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30 to 1:30 (on-site)

Responsibilities:

• Processes ATM, debit, and credit card dispute transactions.
• Processes returned ATM deposits and adjustments using myCOOP.
• Support to FSRs with card-related inquiries and disputes.
• Issues credit adjustments.
• Processes credit card payment reversals.
• Monitors dispute submissions.
• Post charges to member accounts, issue required notifications and reconcile transactions.
• Symitar ATM report processing, review mismatch and exception reports, and post outstanding transactions.
• Manage fraud alerts received from CO-OP.
• Processes incoming wire transfers performing OFAC checks and deposit funds into member accounts.
• EFT Representative running ACH OFAC reports.

Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years in card services in a bank or credit union or similar handling the above duties.
• Processing debit and credit card disputes and adjustments required.
• Experience handling fraud alerts.
• Symitar a plus!
