We are currently seeking an experienced Card Services Representative for a credit union located in Valencia, CA!

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A CARD SERVICES REP HANDLING FRAUD AND DISPUTES APPLY!

Type: Full-time Temporary

Pay: $27.00/hr

Branch hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 – 5:00

Responsibilities:

• Collect necessary information for Fraud and Dispute claims.
• Provide and/or adjust provisional credit.
• Assist with members via phone and email when potential fraud is identified by either card processor or internal.
• Intake of fraud and dispute claims.
• Provide high level card services customer service to credit union members and co-workers in a call center environment.
• Update and utilize dispute management system.
• Process FALCON cases when fraud is suspected.
• Update member accounts in Symitar.

Requirements:

• Must have 1 to 3 years in card services handling the above duties.
• Processing debit and credit card disputes and adjustments required.
• Experience handling fraud alerts.
• Symitar a plus!
• COOP DataNav System preferred.
• Mastercard Connect System preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of Reg E &Z
