We’re currently seeking an experienced Business Loan Processor proudly serving Los Angeles County employees.

 

Type: Fully remote; Temporary (3-6 months)

 

Pay: $30-35/hr

 

Schedule: Full-time; Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 4:30pm PT

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare loan files for underwriting and ensure accuracy of documentation
  • Create loan documents and obtain borrower signatures in compliance with approved Credit Memos using LaserPro
  • Fund, close, and book business loans
  • Answer and route calls received through the Business Services queue
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to support loan funding and closing
  • Set up and manage business Visa credit card accounts
  • Document, organize, and maintain loan files for both short and long-term storage

 

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of loan processing experience within a credit union or bank
  • Proficiency with LaserPro loan documentation system preferred
  • Experience with MeridianLink is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
