  • Broad responsibilities extending beyond traditional reception into office services, administrative support, catering coordination, and workplace operations.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, creating a welcoming and professional office experience.
  • Manage visitor arrival, badges, access procedures, seating information, and front-desk communications.
  • Respond to questions and provide accurate assistance in person, over the phone, and through email.
  • Receive, organize, and distribute mail and deliveries while coordinating outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain calendars, visitor and seating logs, spreadsheets, and other administrative records.
  • Coordinate office lunches, catering requests, and related workplace needs.
  • Monitor office and pantry supplies and help ensure appropriate inventory is maintained.
  • Keep reception, pantry, and shared areas organized, stocked, and presentation-ready throughout the day.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with special office projects as needed.

Are You an Experienced Front Office Professional Ready to Make an Impact?

  • Previous experience in reception, front desk operations, hospitality, customer service, office administration, or a related role is preferred.
  • Experience supporting a professional corporate office environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills with a polished, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail, including experience maintaining calendars, spreadsheets, and office records.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while remaining composed in a busy environment.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to supporting changing office needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Comfortable operating common office equipment, including printers and copiers.
  • Able to handle sensitive or confidential information with appropriate discretion.
  • Understanding of privacy and HIPAA compliance expectations.
  • Comfortable performing hands-on office support duties, including pantry restocking, dishwasher loading/unloading, and upkeep of common areas.
