How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across clinical operations and R&D service categories
• Manage RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution
• Analyze spend data to identify cost optimization and value-creation opportunities
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business objectives
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and influence outcomes
• Monitor supplier performance using SLAs and KPIs to support continuous improvement
• Support supplier onboarding and ongoing governance activities

Are You an Experienced Strategic Sourcing Professional Ready to Make an Impact?

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in procurement or strategic sourcing
• Proven expertise in category management, cost modeling, and contract negotiation
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience supporting indirect or services procurement environments
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity and precision
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Exposure to life sciences, clinical research, or regulated industries strongly valued
• Professional procurement certifications considered a plus
