How You Will Make An Impact:

• Own and support Citrix infrastructure across global data centers and cloud environments
• Design and manage Citrix Cloud deployments, including hybrid integrations
• Lead platform modernization efforts including automation and IaC adoption
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex, business-critical infrastructure issues
• Define architecture standards, operational processes, and technical documentation
• Implement security best practices including patching, hardening, and risk mitigation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with cloud, security, and network teams
• Act as escalation point and mentor junior engineers

Are you a proven Citrix infrastructure engineering professional ready to support enterprise-scale environments?

• 5–7+ years of experience in Citrix engineering within enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Cloud, CVAD, PVS, NetScaler (ADC), and Director
• Proven experience supporting hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud, ideally Azure)
• Solid experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience
• Deep understanding of Windows Server and Citrix performance optimization
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, load balancing)
• Experience integrating Citrix with identity/security systems (Active Directory, Entra ID, MFA)
• Familiarity with application packaging and delivery tools (MSI, App-V)
• Experience in regulated environments (financial services preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team collaboration skills
