How You Will Make An Impact

  • Administer a variety of federal, state, and local leave programs including FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD, and other paid and unpaid leaves.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for employees, managers, legal, payroll, and third-party leave administrators.
  • Manage the end-to-end leave process including case intake, documentation, tracking, and communication.
  • Facilitate ADA interactive processes in partnership with internal stakeholders and ensure reasonable accommodations are implemented appropriately.
  • Ensure leave documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with all legal and policy requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and partner with leadership to revise leave policies and practices as needed.
  • Provide reporting and insights into leave usage, compliance risks, and process improvements to HR leadership.


Are You an Experienced Leave & Accommodations Professional Ready to Make an Impact?

  • 5+ years of experience managing leave and accommodation programs within a multi-state environment.
  • Deep understanding of FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, STD/LTD, and state-level paid family and medical leave programs.
  • Experience overseeing ADA processes, including case coordination and documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to support employees and business leaders with empathy and discretion.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and leave management systems; Workday experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CLMS or CPDM are a plus.
