How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned to business goals
• Translate business and functional requirements into actionable project plans
• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate across IT, operations, and business teams to ensure delivery milestones are met
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure functional requirements are met through collaboration with business analysts and subject matter experts
• Oversee testing, training, and change management activities during project rollout

Are you an experienced IT project leader ready to drive business-focused delivery?

• 10+ years of experience managing IT or business-focused projects in complex environments
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and functional system requirements
• Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across IT and business functions
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and/or Jira
• Excellent communication, leadership, and executive-facing presentation skills
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
