The Investment Controllership team is responsible for U.S. GAAP and Statutory accounting across a diverse investment portfolio and works closely with Finance partners across the business.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Prepare and post journal entries to support month-end and quarter-end close
• Perform account reconciliations and review reconciliations prepared by other teams
• Support fixed income investment accounting processes
• Analyze financial data and assist with ad hoc accounting requests
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Work within established processes to meet critical reporting deadlines
• Collaborate with team members to support close cycles and reporting deliverables
• Utilize Excel and accounting systems to manage and analyze data

Are You an Experienced Accounting Professional Ready to Support Fast-Paced Close Cycles?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–6 years of accounting experience
• Strong experience with month-end close (journal entries and reconciliations)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
• Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines consistently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to investment accounting or financial instruments (fixed income preferred)
• Experience with Oracle Financials or similar ERP systems
• CPA (nice-to-have, not required)
• Experience working in financial services or accounting environments
