- Exposure to senior business and technology stakeholders while helping deliver process and system improvements across risk-related functions.
- Contract engagement currently scheduled from October 14, 2026 through April 23, 2027.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, risk teams, and technology partners throughout project delivery.
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process-analysis activities.
- Translate business objectives and credit-risk requirements into clear functional requirements and specifications for technical teams.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system enhancement.
- Support projects throughout the SDLC, including requirements, development coordination, testing, implementation, training, and deployment.
- Manage communication, dependencies, priorities, and deliverables across business and technology stakeholders.
- Develop reports, dashboards, process documentation, and supporting materials used for project tracking and decision-making.
- Help ensure technology solutions align with business objectives, operational requirements, and risk-management needs.
Do You Bring Proven Success in Credit Risk Business Analysis and Technology Delivery?
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in senior business analysis, project delivery, or closely related technology roles.
- Strong experience gathering, documenting, and translating complex business requirements into functional specifications.
- Demonstrated experience with business process analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvement.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience partnering directly with both business users and technical development teams.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, SQL, Excel, and Visio.
- Strong stakeholder-management, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively across both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Experience supporting credit risk or related financial-services risk functions is strongly relevant to the scope of this position.
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or a comparable business-analysis certification is beneficial but not required.
