How You Will Make An Impact
- Manage post-origination loan servicing activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, payoffs, and account adjustments
- Review and validate loan documentation to maintain data accuracy and completeness across servicing systems
- Investigate and reconcile account discrepancies, resolving servicing issues in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Respond to borrower, internal stakeholder, and third-party inquiries regarding loan status and servicing matters
- Maintain detailed loan records and generate reports supporting compliance reviews, audits, and financial reporting
- Assist with system upgrades, servicing platform updates, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Are you a proven loan servicing professional ready to make an impact?
- 10+ years of experience in loan servicing, banking operations, or financial services
- Hands-on experience working within loan servicing platforms and managing post-closing loan processes
- Strong understanding of consumer finance regulations and loan servicing compliance requirements
- Demonstrated experience reconciling accounts and resolving servicing discrepancies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a structured, compliance-focused environment
