How You Will Make an Impact
- Own product strategy and lifecycle management for thermal management systems
- Drive commercialization efforts in partnership with innovation and marketing teams
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align system capabilities with product roadmaps
- Develop sales enablement tools, technical content, and customer-facing materials
- Support strategic sales pursuits and customer engagements
- Represent system offerings in internal and external presentations
- Partner with applications engineering to support system updates and complex issues
Are You an Experienced Technical Product Manager Ready to Make an Impact?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of combined experience in product management, engineering, sales, or marketing
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC or thermal systems
- Proven ability to manage and commercialize complex engineered products
- Experience supporting data center, industrial, or commercial applications
- Strong communication skills and comfort influencing cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel as required to support commercialization efforts
