How You Will Make an Impact

  • Own product strategy and lifecycle management for thermal management systems
  • Drive commercialization efforts in partnership with innovation and marketing teams
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to align system capabilities with product roadmaps
  • Develop sales enablement tools, technical content, and customer-facing materials
  • Support strategic sales pursuits and customer engagements
  • Represent system offerings in internal and external presentations
  • Partner with applications engineering to support system updates and complex issues

Are You an Experienced Technical Product Manager Ready to Make an Impact?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of combined experience in product management, engineering, sales, or marketing
  • Strong technical understanding of HVAC or thermal systems
  • Proven ability to manage and commercialize complex engineered products
  • Experience supporting data center, industrial, or commercial applications
  • Strong communication skills and comfort influencing cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel as required to support commercialization efforts
