This is a long-term contract engagement supporting a high-visibility Learning Management System (LMS) implementation and migration. The role offers exposure to enterprise-wide stakeholders, ownership of an end-to-end platform rollout, and the opportunity to influence learning and training capabilities across the organization. The project is expected to span 12 months with potential for extension, based on business needs and performance.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and migration of an enterprise Learning Management System.
- Drive requirements gathering by facilitating cross-functional workshops with HR, IT, Legal, and business stakeholders.
- Support the RFP process, including vendor sourcing, evaluations, demonstrations, and down-selection.
- Manage vendor relationships, system integrations, and project milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and maintain a detailed project roadmap and governance cadence.
- Oversee data mapping and migration of historical training records and learning content from legacy systems.
- Partner with IT to ensure SSO, API integrations, and security protocols are properly implemented.
- Coordinate UAT, SIT, validation activities, and defect resolution in a GxP-compliant environment.
- Collaborate with Change Management teams to drive adoption, communication, and training for power users and administrators.
- Develop cutover plans, manage go-live readiness, and lead post-go-live hypercare and stabilization.
- Provide executive-level status reporting, risk management, and project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to lead enterprise LMS implementations?
- Proven experience managing LMS implementations and system migrations.
- Strong understanding of LMS technologies and enterprise learning platforms.
- Experience leading complex IT projects with cross-functional, matrixed teams.
- Hands-on experience managing RFPs, vendor evaluations, and SaaS implementations.
- Familiarity with cloud-based implementations in GxP-validated environments.
- Experience coordinating validation activities, test plans, and deviation resolution.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Proficiency with project tools such as MS Project, Jira, Orchestra, and Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead in highly dynamic environments with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications preferred.
