The role is based in New York City with a balanced onsite/remote structure.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Support processing and monitoring of trade finance transactions across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain Finance, Trade Loans, and letter of credit products.
  • Coordinate daily funding activities and ensure all requests are executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform compliance and sanctions checks to support risk mitigation efforts.
  • Calculate and validate discount proceeds for trade-related transactions.
  • Communicate regularly with internal partners and external clients, ensuring alignment on transaction status and task completion.
  • Help maintain strong operational controls and contribute to process consistency within the middle office.

Are you an experienced Trade Finance Operations professional ready to make an impact?

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in trade finance operations.
  • Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain Finance, Trade Loans, Commercial Letters of Credit, and Standby LCs.
  • Experience conducting sanctions and compliance screening.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, particularly with discount calculations.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • ICC trade certifications (CDCS, CSDG) are beneficial but not required.
