How You Will Make An Impact:

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Informatica Cloud Customer 360 (C360) and Reference 360 (R360) solutions.
• Gather and translate business and technical requirements into scalable MDM architecture.
• Design and configure match/merge logic, survivorship rules, validation frameworks, and enrichment workflows.
• Develop data models, ETL integrations, and governance controls aligned to enterprise standards.
• Oversee testing, deployment, and production support for MDM applications and integrations.
• Establish best practices for metadata management, transformation orchestration, and workload optimization.
• Mentor junior developers and serve as the senior technical authority for MDM initiatives.
• Support platform upgrades, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Are you a proven MDM implementation leader with deep Informatica Cloud expertise?

• 7+ years of experience leading Master Data Management implementations.
• Minimum of 2–3 full lifecycle MDM/Data Governance projects using Informatica or comparable enterprise tools.
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud Customer 360 (C360) and Reference 360 (R360).
• Advanced SQL skills and strong understanding of Informatica MDM/DG components.
• Deep knowledge of data quality management: profiling, cleansing, standardization, matching, consolidation.
• Experience designing governance policies, enrichment integrations (e.g., D&B), and harmonization strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models and enterprise SDLC best practices.
• Strong communication skills with ability to interface across technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience within financial services or highly regulated environments preferred.
