How You Will Make An Impact

• Own and support qualified on-prem infrastructure across multiple operational sites, including laboratory, manufacturing, and warehouse environments
• Provide hands-on support for firewalls, Cisco switching, physical and virtual server environments, backup, replication, and related infrastructure platforms
• Troubleshoot network communication issues across segmented environments, including firewall policy, port, DNS, and connectivity analysis
• Help evaluate, integrate, and support new systems and vendor solutions within tightly controlled infrastructure environments
• Maintain validated systems in alignment with GxP expectations, change control practices, and internal quality requirements
• Partner with QA, QC, and department stakeholders to execute infrastructure changes without compromising system qualification or compliance status
• Support lifecycle management activities including SOP updates, maintenance documentation, deviation support, and ongoing system administration
• Contribute to compliant infrastructure operations supporting laboratory, research, development, clinical manufacturing, and QC needs
• Serve as a senior technical escalation point for regulated infrastructure issues and day-to-day operational support

Are you a proven GxP infrastructure engineering professional?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering or systems engineering roles
• Strong experience with Cisco switching, firewalls, VMware virtualization, and backup/replication technologies
• Proven ability to troubleshoot firewall communication, segmented network traffic, and infrastructure connectivity issues
• Experience supporting GxP-regulated environments such as biotech, pharmaceutical, laboratory, manufacturing, or other highly controlled operations
• Strong understanding of change control, SOP-driven support, validation-minded infrastructure administration, and regulated lifecycle processes
• Experience working with QA/QC and regulated stakeholders in environments subject to inspection and procedural rigor
• Ability to balance technical problem-solving with strong documentation discipline and attention to detail
• Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
