How You Will Make An Impact:
- Lead and manage full lifecycle architectural projects from programming through construction administration
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment and execution
- Drive design coordination across disciplines while maintaining project vision and goals
- Oversee development and quality of construction documents using Revit
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development and technical excellence
- Conduct site visits, construction observations, and support field coordination
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawing reviews during construction phases
Are you an experienced Project Architect ready to lead complex healthcare and educational projects?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- 8+ years of progressive architectural experience, including project management responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and industry standards
- Proficiency in Revit required; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Active Florida Architect license required OR ability to obtain licensure in Florida
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
- Local to Pensacola, FL or willing to relocate
- Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel for project site visits
