How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Lead and manage full lifecycle architectural projects from programming through construction administration
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment and execution
  • Drive design coordination across disciplines while maintaining project vision and goals
  • Oversee development and quality of construction documents using Revit
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development and technical excellence
  • Conduct site visits, construction observations, and support field coordination
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawing reviews during construction phases

Are you an experienced Project Architect ready to lead complex healthcare and educational projects?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
  • 8+ years of progressive architectural experience, including project management responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and industry standards
  • Proficiency in Revit required; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Active Florida Architect license required OR ability to obtain licensure in Florida
  • Proven ability to lead projects, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
  • Local to Pensacola, FL or willing to relocate
  • Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel for project site visits
