How You Will Make An Impact
- Lead and support architectural project teams while coordinating responsibilities, workflows, and project standards.
- Develop and execute design solutions through programming, conceptual design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration phases.
- Prepare complete architectural documentation, including drawings, specifications, project manuals, scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with internal disciplines, consultants, contractors, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance, review project requirements, and help maintain quality, schedule, and scope alignment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and supporting team development.
Are you an experienced Project Architect ready to make an impact?
- Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited architectural program required.
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant architectural experience.
- Registered Architect (RA) preferred or completion of the NCARB Architectural Experience Program.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, design processes, and project delivery methods.
- Experience managing architectural projects through multiple phases of design and construction.
- Proficiency with Revit Architecture and related design tools.
- Ability to prepare complete construction documents, specifications, and technical deliverables.
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and make sound project decisions.
- Self-directed, collaborative professional with strong organization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
