How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead the transition from traditional to Agile methodologies within the Capital Markets division.
• Establish and mentor new Scrum teams, promoting Agile principles throughout the organization.
• Implement and integrate SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) across projects to ensure consistency and quality.

Are you a proven leader in Agile transformation?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role, preferably within Capital Markets.
• Proven track record of successfully transitioning organizations from waterfall to Agile methodologies.
• In-depth understanding of Front Office Capital Markets operations and dynamics.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in establishing and guiding Scrum teams.
• Proficiency in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) implementation.
• Excellent communication and change management skills, adept at navigating complex environments.
