How You Will Make An Impact:

• Lead and manage enterprise-level IT programs consisting of multiple interrelated projects across applications, infrastructure, and business systems
• Align program objectives with corporate strategy and business priorities
• Establish governance frameworks, program roadmaps, budgets, and performance metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT delivery, business stakeholders, external bottlers/partners, and third-party vendors
• Oversee risk management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution across projects
• Drive change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technology solutions
• Provide executive-level reporting on program health, milestones, and strategic impact
• Ensure alignment between enterprise applications (ERP, SAP, custom platforms) and operational processes

Do you have the expertise to lead complex enterprise IT programs?

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience with 5+ years in program or senior project management roles
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects under a unified program structure
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application environments (ERP, SAP, supply chain systems, enterprise integrations)
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels without direct authority
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed environments
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing program budgets and forecasting
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Excellent executive communication, reporting, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or SAFe certifications preferred
