How You Will Make An Impact

  • Validate and authenticate incoming wire transfer requests by verifying customer signatures and confirming details via recorded phone lines
  • Process domestic and international wire transactions through internal Wire Transfer and SWIFT systems
  • Analyze wire instructions to ensure accurate execution of payments to correspondent banks
  • Repair and resolve online customer-initiated wire transactions and FX wires
  • Log and track wire requests from customers, branches, and internal departments
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to wire processing
  • Stay current with regulatory updates and internal policy changes impacting wire operations
  • Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation initiatives within the department
  • Recommend procedural improvements to enhance efficiency and risk mitigation

Are you an experienced wire operations professional ready to make an impact?

  • 5–7 years of experience in wire transfer operations, cash management, or banking operations
  • Hands-on experience processing domestic and international wires
  • Experience working with SWIFT systems and wire processing platforms
  • Strong understanding of correspondent banking and payment execution workflows
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting wire transfers and banking operations
  • Experience repairing online customer-initiated wires and FX transactions
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
  • Strong communication skills for customer verification and issue resolution
  • Experience supporting system testing or core system upgrades preferred
