How You Will Make An Impact

  • Lead the product management and marketing function for a growing portfolio of technical solutions
  • Create alignment around a customer-focused business strategy, product roadmap, and commercial growth plan
  • Drive profitable growth by balancing market needs, customer insights, technology capabilities, and competitive differentiation
  • Develop and execute portfolio growth strategies across products, services, and adjacent opportunities
  • Evaluate future investments, partnerships, and inorganic growth opportunities that support long-term business expansion
  • Guide product lifecycle and portfolio decisions, including commercialization, channel strategy, and gap prioritization
  • Partner closely with sales, engineering, operations, and shared services teams to accelerate execution
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team across product management, pricing, product support, and marketing
  • Help the business translate current investments into execution results while shaping the next phase of strategy

Do you have the expertise to lead in product strategy, portfolio growth, and commercial execution?

  • 12+ years of experience in product management and/or portfolio leadership within a complex technical environment
  • Proven success owning product strategy, influencing go-to-market direction, and driving profitable growth
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including experience making investment and prioritization decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment
  • Experience managing teams and developing talent across cross-functional business settings
  • Track record of balancing near-term execution with longer-term strategic planning
  • Background in industrial, engineered products, technical manufacturing, life sciences, healthcare, or other complex product environments
  • Strong communication, judgment, and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced business education preferred
  • Willingness to work onsite in the Indianapolis area and travel as needed
