How You Will Make An Impact:

• Lead and manage municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through execution
• Serve as a project manager and/or technical lead across multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Oversee design, engineering calculations, specifications, and technical deliverables
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
• Conduct QA/QC reviews of engineering documents and reports
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workload planning across project lifecycles
• Engage directly with clients, supporting satisfaction, retention, and project success
• Contribute to proposal development including scopes, budgets, and schedules
• Support business development and strengthen client relationships

Are you a proven water/wastewater engineering leader ready to drive impactful infrastructure projects?

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in water and/or wastewater engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required (Georgia or ability to obtain)
• Strong experience in municipal water/wastewater systems design and delivery
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects
• Experience with engineering design standards, technical specifications, and project coordination
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
• Preferred: Master’s degree, BCEE, PMP, or LEED AP certifications
• Active involvement in professional or industry organizations preferred
