How You Will Make An Impact:
- Lead and manage municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through execution
- Serve as a project manager and/or technical lead across multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Oversee design, engineering calculations, specifications, and technical deliverables
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
- Conduct QA/QC reviews of engineering documents and reports
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workload planning across project lifecycles
- Engage directly with clients, supporting satisfaction, retention, and project success
- Contribute to proposal development including scopes, budgets, and schedules
- Support business development and strengthen client relationships
Are you a proven water/wastewater engineering leader ready to drive impactful infrastructure projects?
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in water and/or wastewater engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required (Georgia or ability to obtain)
- Strong experience in municipal water/wastewater systems design and delivery
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects
- Experience with engineering design standards, technical specifications, and project coordination
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
- Preferred: Master’s degree, BCEE, PMP, or LEED AP certifications
- Active involvement in professional or industry organizations preferred
