How You Will Make An Impact
- Provide structured project delivery governance to support Sponsored Repo enablement and SEC regulatory compliance initiatives
- Drive requirements consolidation and ensure traceability to SEC regulatory mandates and internal control frameworks
- Govern integration efforts between Broadridge systems and OBS platforms, including data mapping and technical specifications
- Oversee development execution aligned to baselined project plans and enforce quality gates and Definition of Done standards
- Coordinate QA, UAT, migration planning, and production release management
- Lead governance for defect management, issue resolution tracking, and cross-functional approvals
- Manage production cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization activities
- Deliver executive-level governance reporting and monthly project status updates
Are you a proven regulatory systems Project Manager with bilingual expertise?
- 10+ years of experience leading complex IT project delivery within financial services environments
- Strong experience managing regulatory-driven initiatives (SEC compliance highly preferred)
- Demonstrated governance experience across systems integration projects (Broadridge and/or similar capital markets platforms preferred)
- Experience overseeing QA, UAT, release management, and production cutover processes
- Ability to manage traceable documentation, integration specifications, and data mapping artifacts
- Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and verbal)
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business, technology, compliance, and control teams
- Experience working in hybrid banking environments with cross-entity governance structures
- Strong documentation discipline and executive reporting capabilities
