How You Will Make An Impact

  • Develop and refine pricing models across multiple transportation modes including LTL, FTL, air, and ocean
  • Deliver accurate and timely responses to RFQs, RFPs, and spot rate requests in partnership with sales
  • Analyze competitive benchmarks and carrier rate shifts to guide pricing adjustments
  • Track and report on win/loss ratios, pricing performance, and margin outcomes
  • Align pricing strategies with capacity planning and operational realities
  • Provide clear and actionable pricing insights to leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with internal pricing policies and customer contractual commitments

Are You a Pricing Manager Rock Star?

  • 5+ years of pricing, finance, or supply chain/logistics experience (LTL, FTL, ocean, or air freight strongly preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with rate management tools or TMS platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to model complex pricing scenarios
  • Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, ops, and carrier relations
  • Excellent communicator, capable of translating data into actionable business insights
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain (MBA or certifications a plus)
