Be Part Of A High-Performing Manufacturing Transformation Team:

Join a global manufacturing organization undergoing a major ERP transformation initiative across North America. This industry leader designs and manufactures engineered equipment distributed worldwide, supporting both residential and commercial markets. With multiple production facilities and a growing international footprint, the organization is focused on modernizing operations, standardizing global processes, and driving supply chain excellence through Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The team has been engaged in a multi-year D365 rollout and is now entering critical execution, testing, and readiness phases ahead of go-live. This role will serve as a key extension of the ERP core team, helping ensure a smooth deployment while protecting production continuity, plant performance, and customer delivery commitments. The environment is collaborative, hands-on, and highly operational, requiring someone who can bridge system configuration with real-world manufacturing execution.

What’s In Store For You:

This engagement offers the opportunity to play a visible role in a high-impact North American rollout. You will work directly with plant leadership, operations users, and ERP program stakeholders while influencing planning and production outcomes across multiple sites.

The role is remote with milestone-driven travel across North America, including multi-site manufacturing facilities. Travel is focused around CRP, UAT, go-live, and key readiness windows.

How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Provide functional leadership across D365 Supply Chain with strong emphasis on Planning modules
  • Support demand planning, master planning, and capacity planning configuration and validation
  • Partner with manufacturing sites to align production scheduling with plant capacity and delivery commitments
  • Troubleshoot planning, production, and inventory issues across live and implementation environments
  • Support Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment readiness
  • Act as a hands-on extension of the ERP core team, stepping into issues independently and driving resolution
  • Help validate system design to ensure alignment with real-world manufacturing constraints
  • Support both post–go-live sustainment activities and active rollout efforts

Do you bring proven success in D365 Supply Chain Planning within multi-site manufacturing environments?

  • 7–10+ years of hands-on D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management experience
  • Deep experience in Planning modules including demand planning, master planning, and capacity planning
  • Strong background supporting manufacturing production environments
  • Experience working across multiple plant locations simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ownership of issues during CRP, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization
  • Comfort operating independently with minimal direction
  • Ability to travel 50%+ during milestone phases, including multi-week onsite periods
  • Strong communication skills with both plant-floor users and executive stakeholders
  • D365 FSCM certification preferred

Location:
