How You Will Make An Impact:

- Process, file, and track loan applications, borrower documents, and correspondence
- Verify borrower information for completeness and accuracy
- Update internal loan systems with payment activity, status changes, and account notes
- Support loan officers and processors with clerical and administrative tasks
- Assist with document scanning, data entry, reporting, and responding to internal/external inquiries
Are you an experienced administrative support professional ready to make an impact in loan servicing operations?
- 5–7 years of experience in a financial services or administrative support role
- Experience working with loan documentation and basic banking procedures
- Strong attention to detail with high data accuracy standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with document management or loan processing systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, process-oriented, and comfortable working in an onsite, structured environment
