RPO Recruiter

We are building out an RPO Recruiting Team in the Philippines. We will be building this team to support a client that will be looking for Truck Drivers in the USA.

We are rapidly expanding our operations and seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Team to identify, engage, and onboard skilled CDL Drivers and Warehouse Professionals nationwide.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a specialized recruiting function from the ground up, playing a vital role in our strategic growth and operational excellence. How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Recruiter, you will:

• Run full-cycle recruitment for CDL drivers (Class A/B) and other field roles
• Prescreen candidates and explain job routes, pay, and expectations
• Collaborate with sourcers and admins to move candidates from interest to offer
• Maintain a clean and updated pipeline in the ATS
• Make sure drivers are qualified, available, and ready to move fast

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in BPO, RPO, or logistics
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work U.S. hours and navigate fast-paced pipelines
• Experience recruiting for U.S. clients before
