How You Will Make An Impact:

• Serve as a Sanctions Screening SME, explaining screening logic, filter behavior, and system design to stakeholders and model validators
• Support the Fircosoft Version 6 upgrade, including configuration analysis, filter tuning, and validation readiness
• Analyze how screening systems process inputs, generate matches, and manage outputs across transaction monitoring workflows
• Define and document business requirements, rulesets, and screening logic
• Partner with Compliance, Technology, and QA teams to test and validate screening behavior
• Investigate false positives/negatives and explain system decisions from a risk and regulatory perspective
• Develop process flows, data models, and documentation for screening systems
• Perform data analysis using SQL and develop reporting/visualizations to support decision-making

Are you a proven Sanctions Screening SME with deep Fircosoft and model validation expertise?

• 10+ years of experience in financial services, with strong focus on sanctions screening / BSA-AML
• Deep hands-on experience with Fircosoft (Continuity, Trust, Classic)
• Experience supporting or implementing Fircosoft Version 6 (strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of screening filters, tuning, and matching logic
• Experience explaining and defending screening models in model validation or regulatory settings
• Solid SQL skills and experience working with data analysis/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Proven ability to translate technical screening logic into business and risk explanations
• Strong communication skills working with compliance, risk, and technology stakeholders
