How You Will Make An Impact:

• Drive the enhancement and modernization of Trade Finance and Loan reporting processes.
• Collect, validate, and analyze transactional and business data to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and clarify functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed IT requirement documents and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams, including Head Office counterparts, to support solution design and implementation.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate system outputs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Eximbills Enterprise (EE) during implementation, upgrades, and ongoing support.
• Identify system gaps and process improvement opportunities, proposing practical and scalable solutions.

Are you a proven Trade Finance technology specialist ready to lead reporting modernization?

• 10+ years of experience in Trade Finance business operations and supporting technology solutions.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Eximbills Enterprise (EE), including deep knowledge of package structure, core functionalities, data flows, and reporting capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience supporting EE implementation, enhancement, or upgrade initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Trade Finance products such as Letters of Credit (LCs), guarantees, and loans.
• Proven experience developing requirement documentation, functional specifications, and test scenarios.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing required).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
