- Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099).

How You Will Make An Impact
- Provide telephone-based support to business and Treasury Management clients as well as internal banking employees.
- Answer questions regarding banking products, services, transactions, and digital system capabilities.
- Research client accounts and operational issues using available systems, documentation, and internal resources.
- Support Treasury Management products including Commercial Online Banking, Lockbox Services, Cash Vault, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, wire transfers, and ACH origination.
- Take ownership of client issues from initial contact through resolution.
- Escalate complex requests to appropriate subject-matter experts when additional expertise is required.
- Educate clients and internal users on banking processes and system functionality.
- Maintain working knowledge of current banking products, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Deliver accurate and professional service during periods of fluctuating or high call volume.
Are You An Experienced Client Service Professional Ready To Make An Impact?
- 1–3 years of customer service experience.
- 1–3 years of deposit operations or cash-management experience or a bachelor's degree.
- Prior banking experience is preferred.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong general computer and data-entry skills.
- Comfortable handling inbound telephone calls in a service-oriented environment.
- Strong research, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for resolving client concerns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous clerical or data-entry experience is preferred.
- Ability to learn Treasury Management products and banking procedures.
- Ability to work within banking compliance standards, including BSA/AML, OFAC, suspicious-activity reporting, and deposit-related requirements.
