How You Will Make An Impact
- Monitor fleet connectivity across customer accounts and identify telematics devices that are no longer communicating as expected.
- Investigate connectivity failures and perform structured root-cause analysis across hardware, firmware, networks, device configuration, power, SIM connectivity, installation, and customer infrastructure.
- Validate communication between telematics hardware, cloud environments, and customer networks.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Service, IT, Customer Success, and regional teams to investigate issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Analyze connectivity trends, recurring failures, and fleet health to identify systemic improvement opportunities.
- Prioritize incidents based on customer impact, operational importance, and business priorities.
- Track corrective actions through resolution and provide clear reporting on fleet communication health.
- Develop executive-level summaries highlighting significant connectivity risks, recurring issues, and operational trends.
- Support customer onboarding and operational readiness for new connected-fleet deployments.
- Improve troubleshooting documentation, standardized processes, installation practices, and operational workflows.
- Identify opportunities to automate connectivity monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
- Support evolving Customer Success initiatives and cross-functional digital projects as the connected customer base grows.
Do You Bring Proven Success In Connectivity Analysis And Technical Troubleshooting?
- Experience supporting telematics, IoT, connected devices, fleet connectivity, networking, digital products, or similar technical environments is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and determine root causes across multiple potential failure points.
- Experience analyzing operational data, device status, system reports, or connectivity trends to identify abnormalities and recurring problems.
- Working understanding of how connected devices communicate through networks and cloud-based environments.
- Ability to differentiate among hardware, software/firmware, network, configuration, installation, power, SIM, and customer-environment issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues methodically rather than simply escalate them.
- Comfortable coordinating resolution efforts across technical and nontechnical teams.
- Strong reporting and communication skills, including the ability to summarize technical findings for business stakeholders and leadership.
- Organized and proactive approach to tracking issues through resolution.
- Experience supporting customer onboarding, Customer Success operations, process improvement, or technical operations is advantageous.
- Exposure to automation, monitoring tools, reporting platforms, or connected-equipment analytics is a plus.
