How You Will Make An Impact:
- Lead delivery of regulatory initiatives focused on CCAR and stress testing programs
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
- Translate complex regulatory and financial requirements into actionable technology solutions
- Drive cross-functional coordination across development, QA, risk, and business teams globally
- Perform gap analysis and define future-state solutions aligned with regulatory expectations
- Oversee UAT, training, and change management to ensure successful project rollout
- Provide executive-level reporting on risks, issues, and project status
- Ensure alignment between implemented solutions and organizational risk and compliance goals
Are you a proven regulatory risk project management professional?
- 15+ years of experience within large financial institutions, preferably in regulatory or risk domains
- Strong hands-on experience with CCAR, DFAST, Basel III, and FR Y-14 reporting
- Deep understanding of Market Risk, Credit Risk, VaR, financial instruments, and trading systems
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional regulatory initiatives
- Strong experience translating business needs into technical requirements
- Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, ServiceNow, Visio, and Excel
- Solid SQL skills; exposure to Databricks is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree required
