Join a customer-focused regional banking organization where the service center functions as both a frontline customer-support operation and an entry point for employees looking to build longer-term careers in financial services. The team supports customers across multiple locations and provides structured development designed to help new employees build confidence, banking knowledge, and customer-service expertise.

Leadership takes a hands-on coaching approach and looks for employees who can demonstrate empathy, take accountability, respond well to feedback, and continue developing over time. Strong performers may have opportunities to progress into more advanced servicing responsibilities, specialist roles, or other areas across the organization.

What's In Store For You

  • Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099).
  • Approximately six-month contract assignment with potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
  • Structured onboarding and approximately two weeks of initial training combining classroom learning, system training, shadowing, and guided customer interactions.
  • Progressive training that begins with foundational banking services and expands as employees develop.
  • Opportunity to build hands-on financial-services and customer-support experience.
  • Potential long-term career paths within the service center and broader organization.
  • Permanent employees who successfully complete required training and performance milestones may later become eligible for remote/hybrid flexibility depending on business needs and team expectations.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Support customers with questions related to accounts, transactions, products, services, and banking needs.
  • Deliver professional and empathetic service through phone and applicable digital channels.
  • Research customer accounts and use internal systems and support resources to resolve questions accurately.
  • Work toward first-contact resolution while knowing when escalation is appropriate.
  • Complete account maintenance and service transactions according to established procedures.
  • Build knowledge of checking, savings, and other banking products through structured training.
  • Accept ongoing coaching and apply feedback to improve service quality and performance.
  • Adapt to changing procedures, systems, products, and customer needs.
  • Follow applicable banking, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Do You Bring Proven Success In Customer Service And Relationship Building?

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Strong empathy and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Coachable, accountable, and comfortable receiving constructive feedback.
  • Able to learn through classroom instruction, shadowing, and hands-on practice.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to participate fully in the initial training period.
  • Dependable transportation to the assigned work location.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate computer-based systems.
  • Comfortable working within defined service expectations and performance metrics.
  • Call center experience is helpful but not required.
  • Banking or financial-services experience is a plus.
  • Experience with customer information or banking systems is a plus.
